Today we found out about different types of Sport. We learnt that there are lots and lots of different sports that you can take part in. We watched some video clips of people competing in different sports. The gymnastic clips were our favourites. We were amazed at what the gymnasts could do with their bodies!

Today we took part in a martial arts lesson led by Tiffany Richardson. We absolutely loved this session and learnt lots of new moves. Tiffany said that we were really good at concentrating and holding our positions. Our favourite part was trying to split the kick board with a high kick. Max was very proud when he did it on his first attempt!
